Christmas Celebration🌲🌲🌲

The festival of Christmas was celebrated with gaiety by different schools in the city. The schools wore a festive look.

Students and staff celebrated Christmas in IB PYP with enthusiasm. They reflected upon the teachings of Jesus Christ and his life. The tiny tots  sang carols. The students attired as Santa Claus attracted the attention of everyone .🍫🍫🍰🍰🔕🔔🎈🎈🎂🎂🎁🎁.

The children sang in very festive mood "Jingle Bells" and danced to the numbers like "We wish you a Merry Christmas" etc.Kids visited church too and it was a fun visit🍫🍰  .

Field visits

The best way to study community helpers is to see them in action.To strengthen the ongoing theme "How we organize ourselves "Pyp kg1organized  field visit to different community helpers like Barber, Cobbler and Dentist etc. They showed them the tools they use and the way they use those tools to help us. During the visits kids inquired plenty of questions to the community helpers and became knowledgeable with their replies. It was a fun and knowledgeable visit. Kids enjoyed it
a lot. ❤😍😇😀

Fun with shapes activity

The ability to accurately identify shapes is a foundational mathematical skill, and it is quite rewarding for children because their world is full of shapes. Understanding shapes will enable students to be more in tune to the world around them and see the connections between objects, as well as being better able to appreciate artistic works.To reinforce kids knowledge about shapes PYP kindergarten organised an activity called "fun with shapes". Kids made different objects n scenes from their surroundings. They participated enthusiastically and had super fun while doing this activity.😇😇😇
