The tenth day after Navaratri is known as Dussehra. It is the celebration of victory of good over evil. We burn effigies of the demon king Ravana who was vanquished by Lord Ram.
PYP kindergarten conducted a special assembly on Dussehra on 18 October, 2018 in the School premises where kids participated with great enthusiasm. Kids presented speech and rhymes on Dussehra.😍😍😇😇😇

In which kids recited the rhymes of their on choice.To make them more confident on Mic we did this activity on Mic. Kids enjoyed doing this activity .😇😇😇
To reinforce the ongoing theme Sharing the planet Pyp kg 1 did an activity in the class.. In which kids take out the flash card of living or non living thing and stated their responsibility towards that living or non living thing. They shared their view points. It was a knowledgeable activity. Kids enjoyed it a lot.
IB PYP believe that trips and excursions are a perfect way to expand one’s horizons. This is why we organise regular excursions for students to promote learning through outdoor interactions, and experiences.
Another important objective of planning trips is to provide an opportunity to teachers as well as students to bond with each other, giving both a break from their hectic schedules.We encourage students to gain knowledge and explore new things not just within the boundaries, but also beyond them. IB PYP organized a two days excursion.On the first day kids watched a Movie 'Incredible'.kids really enjoyed watching movie. On the next Day kids had super fun at Wonderland. They enjoyed different rides, boating and many more slides. Kids enjoyed their food and disco party. It was a fun filled day with a lot of enthusiasm and full on energy😍😍😇😇
To reinforce the ongoing theme sharing the planet Pyp kg 1 did an activity with clay in which kids learnt about the stages Of life cycle of butterfly. They got to know about the four stages.. 1 Egg2.Catterpillar 3.Pupa4.Butterfly.kids enjoyed and become knowledgeable while doing this activity. 😇😇😇
