To reinforce the ongoing theme" How we express ourselves"PYP  KG1 organized a learning/story session in which the parent is invited to explore the line of inquiry with their perspective.It was a knowledgeable and interesting session for kids as well as for teacher!!Family engagement and involvement improves student achievement and restores parents confidence in their children"s education.

Christmas special assembly

PYP KINDERGARTEN had a special assembly based on the theme of Christmas.The assembly started with the thought of the day and rhymes by kids.The children then proceeded with the School song.All the children were dressed up in red/white dresses.Kids sang Christmas carols and the assembly ended on happy note wishing everyone Merry Christmas.

Fun with shapes competition

it was a day of Fun with shapes in PYP KG 1.This Activity was organised to encourage participation and to promote creative and aesthetic skills of kids. Tiny tots of kindergarten enjoyed it a lot. To celebrate the festival of Christmas kids of PYP KG 1 visited nearby Church.Kids got to know about the different stages of Jesus Christ life.It was a knowledgeable visit.Kids had super fun!!

Education is a joint effort between parents and school to train the next generation of children to be independent and prepared for what's ahead . IB PYP treats parents as partners in educating the child and hence wants them to remain updated with the day to day involvement of their child in Scholastic and Co-Scholastic areas.

PYP team has revived the PYP blog for all PYP grades for the parents to go through on daily basis and witness your child's growth.This PYP blog will serve as a platform for communicating electronically to keep in loop and update the parents about the day to day activities of our PYP students in the school.
